Real estate iPhone application icons (Good Landlord)

This is what CodeBonbon Inc. was looking for in their app design

We need some icon design for a new real estate iPhone application we are developping.It is a day to day management of properties type of application. We want to communicate that our software is simple and good as candy. The icons should be fun to look at not losing seriousness and credibility. They should all be in black and white and colour. Here's what we need:

-Application icon
-Small icon for Spotlight search results and Settings
-Tab bar icons representing single item and a multiple item one(ex.: A single property and one representing multiple properties, see list below)
