Paving and Concrete Contractor looking to LEVEL UP Hat design!!

This is what Swan Company LLC was looking for in their apparel design

I am seeking an eye catching hat design that prominently features my logo and some patches on either side that have the slogans "PAVEMENT SPECIALISTS" & "#teamswanco" & "#trustswan". Please feel free to use your creative superpowers to add anything else that builds team comradery or trust in our brand.

The Hat will have a solid material front half and a mesh back half as pictured in the attached files. The colors that the hat will be ordered in are attached in files.
