E-mail Ad Design Project

This is what Physicians Advantage Services, Inc. was looking for in their banner ad design

I would like a lower banner ad designed for placement within an e-mail. The size has to be 450px x 230px (6in x 3.07in) and must be either a GIF or JPEG, not to exceed 30K.

We are a medical billing company that provides services to physical therapy practices in Florida, and this ad is intended for owners and office managers of physical therapy businesses. We provide therapy offices with practice management software, submit medical claims on behalf of their patients, follow-up with insurance companies on outstanding claims, and also perform necessary back-end collections with patient balances. We also are able to interface with popular therapy documentation products to streamline data entry.

The design colors should incorporate our logo and red/blue colors (see www.physiciansadvantage.net). Read more
