Mama Justice Christmas Float

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their billboard design

Design a Christmas sleigh that will be printed on a vinyl and affixed to the plywood side of a christmas float to make the float look like a christmas sleigh. I will have a billboard vendor print the vinyl. I will need both sides and the back designed. Dimensions for the side are 13' 10" long by 5' high at the highest point. Back view is 5' high by 9'2" wide. The plywood will be cut out to match the tops sie dof the design. Bottom parts of the design should have snow etc under the sleigh to make the side of the float more appealing to the eye.
