Book Cover Design Project

This is what a business in France was looking for in their book cover design

I am looking for help with the cover & interior design for my book. The story of the book unfolds as a dialogue between the voice of "Business" and the voice of "Heart". It is aimed at business leaders who are struggling to find their way in these stormy times. Throughout the conversation "Business" realizes that the "Heart" holds the key to embracing the storm and turning it into a source of growth & inspiration. A new vision and reality then starts to unfold. The manuscript is complete (approx 10000 words).

The title I have in mind is: Is your Business in a Storm? Are you faced with too many unknowns? Don't know where to start? Come and listen to the Heart.

I have a key visual in mind but haven't secured the rights for it yet. I am open to other ideas as well.
