Personal Training card design

This is what a business in United Kingdom was looking for in their business card design

i am a enthusiastic personal trainer wanting to appeal to as many people as possible.

offering health screening, single or group personal training, geared towards helping the client achieve their goal no matter what it is.

providing a professional service in a top gym facility.

I want to come across professional and trustworthy.

I want my card to be timeless and not look out of date in a years time.

I want the card to be informative and clear about what I offer and display my contact details.

ideally id like the colours blue and white but open to other colour options.

I want the final outcome to communicate professionalism, a PT the clients can trust, and that I can do what I claim.

id like a logo similar to the picture I have provided (the logo on the left hand side) if possible incorporating my initials "JR" or "JRF" but not essential.
