Rack Card for Medical Practice

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their card design

Rack Card Design : Size of Card is 3.74" x 8.27" but the design area is a different size (template uploaded/attached.)

This Card will be used to market my Concierge Direct Primary Care Practice.

The THEME COLORS should match those on www.TheLotusMD.com

The FONT : Neuton (from Google Fonts), if you can please.

On the FRONT: I'd like it to advertise our brand/logo, my name (Kamaljit Kaur, M.D.), our contact information and a QR code linking to www.TheLotusMD.com. I'd also like a pictorial that compares Direct Primary Care to Traditional Primary Care (sample attached/uploaded.) In this pictorial, please use a female cartoon for the Dr (one that does not have glasses), write "Traditional" instead of "Conventional", use a male cartoon for the "Traditional" Participant, instead of "Participant" write "You" and instead of "Provider", write "Physician.")
