LOEX 2026 Flyer for Conference

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their flyer design

LOEX needs a design for a 1-page flyer that we will hand out at an upcoming event & then later post online as a pdf. There are 3 elements which need to be on the flyer:

1) A logo. This should be prominent on the design (e.g., in the middle). The flyer should use the colors that are in that logo (e.g., for accents, design elements, and/or text; not all of these have to be used):
Dark blue: #185577
Med blue: #327C9A
Teal: #4EB1C2
Light Teal: #9EDBE6

2) The conference theme -- Oceans of Knowledge: Diving into Information Literacy -- should be at the flyer's top.

3) Finally, these six tracks should be listed below the theme and the logo (it's font size should be at least a couple sizes smaller than the size used for the theme):
