App needs a flyer design

This is what a business in Australia was looking for in their flyer design

We need a flyer design for my new app called'P2P books', it is a fast, free and fun way to buy and sell used books. I want to see the following features described on the flyer,my first language is not English so I need designers to thinks how to use short language to describe my APP in a short and eye catching way:
selling a book can't be easier on P2P Books. Scan the barcode or search for the book, then fill in the price,book condition and your contact information.
To buy a book , you can search for listings in your campus and then contact them. You can trade textbooks with other students in campus,.

You need to put my logo(attached file)n the flyer.
