Need talented artist for concept art

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their graphic design

I plan on putting the images on a website and a shirt. I'd like them to be separate vector files so I can put them different places. I want a halo thats surrounded by the stuff inside of a lava lamp. The "lava" color can be purple and i want it to float upwards off of the halo. I also want a design of the words " God Level" but in a designer tshirt kind of way.
