This is what FLEx Integrated Group Interior Design LLC was looking for in their graphic design

To proposed a landscape design for a Private Villa located in Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE:

Lot Area = 77.8M x 37.5M

Existing Structures:
1. Villa - 34.5M x 13.5M
2. Covered Pool Area - 10.5M x 14M

AREAS FOR TO BE DEVELOPED:

A. AREA FOR GATHERINGS / SMALL PARTIES - Open space to be used for small gatherings (more space should be allotted for this area); Landscaping (Planters, Flowers, Water Features, etc..); Pergolas; Grass or Pavement;

B. FAMILY AREA - BBQ Area with customized grill area; seating area; small playground; Landscaping (Planters, Flowers, etc..); Grass

C. PARKING FOR 4-5 CARS - provide shades; can be relocated in the most accessible area; as per designer's preference

D. 2-SEMI-ATTACHED UNITS with Bathrooms - 7m x 4m and 5m x 4m & can be relocated in the most accessible area; as per designer's preference; should be economical
