Corporate Identity: Logo, Business Card, Letterhead

This is what BZ Technology Services was looking for in their graphic design

The limit to my budget is $150, including the $40 paid to DesignCrowd for posting the project, so $110 to the designer.

I would like an elegant but catchy identity package. This is for a new IT consulting business: BZ Technology Services. I would prefer something with a gray/green palette. I'm open to additional accent colors such as orange as well. I have attached a file, 'style_examples.zip' that shows examples of color and style that I like. Finally, I would like part of the logo to be distinct/recognizable on its own, such as the BZ portion or perhaps some abstract insignia, so that it can be used alone as an icon, or together with the full BZ Technology Services text for our the logo.
