Youth Baseball Team Logo Design

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their graphic design

We need a graphic design for a baseball team logo for youth baseball teams that our players will love and want to display proudly. Our players are boys ages 8-15 years old. These are community based teams and their school mascot is the Minuteman, in reference to the American Colonial Militia. We are the Revere Minutemen. Traditionally our logo have incorporated the words "Revere" or an "R" as part of the logo and then some sort of graphic to showcase the Minuteman Mascot. But the one we have are not very creative. I would like a logo that can easily be displayed on a t-shirt, helmet, hat or jersey. Our colors are Royal Blue and Red (despite most of our previous logos being Navy and Red). The logo should be primarily one or two colors, but using additional accent colors (black, gray, white) are ok.
