Are One Designer Services Refundable?
One Designer projects are refundable by default, however, customers may choose to guarantee (commit) their budget at any time. Since One Designer projects have lower budgets than design Contests, we encourage customers to consider guaranteeing their budget to attract designer participation.
Where a One Designer project is upgraded to a design Contest, the new Contest budget will retain the guaranteed / non-guaranteed status of the original One Designer project.
