Who will design the print item I ordered?

By default, when you order any of our print items, our Printing Team (not your DesignCrowd designer) will be in charge of creating a mock-up for you. A Team Member will contact you once your design project has been completed to collect some information and create a simple mock-up design that you can review and approve when you’re happy with it.

That said, if you’d prefer to work with your DesignCrowd designer to create a more customized design for your print items, we’re happy to help you launch a 1on1 project with them!
