Pirate Monkey vs. Aviator Monkey

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their illustration design

I'm looking for a couple of illustrations that will be used on t-shirts for my company. We have this running joke about what do you think is funnier, a monkey dressed up as a pirate or a monkey dressed up as an aviator.

I'd like 2 cartoon monkey faces for this design. One pirate, one aviator. They don't need to be complete monkeys, just the face. I also don't want them to be too detailed, simple cartoon looking monkeys should suffice.

For the pirate, I think bandana, eye-patch, hoop earrings and a bit scruffy looking. Make him look tough by funny.

For the aviator I'm thinking clean cut with aviator goggles and aviator leather hat.
