Logo Design Brief

Hello, would like a simple logo using a clean font such as "Avenir". I am a Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX. RGB colour for the logo needs to be 0R, 84G, 160B. Red can also be incorporated into the logo with RGB being 206R, 0G, 0B. But the dominant colour should be blue, or entirely blue. I've attached my current logo, which I like, but I'm open to any ideas.
