Maverick is an upcoming Modernist Cuisine Restaurant with Tapas and re-styled foods from around the world with a french touch. A bakery, coffee shop and bar are also part of the concept and the first premises. Location is Bangkok, the vibrant Asian capital with a fast growing international gastronomy.

Maverick is thinking and practicing new and unconventional ways to create excellent foods and drinks.
