Poster Design Brief

We are youth orchestra in Texas that is introducing a new summer program called: Saturday Strings Summer Camp (It's for students ages 8-18 who play already play violin/viola/cello/bass

Poster size: 11" by 17"

All the details are below, but on the poster we would need the website listed: www.collincountyyouthorchestra.com and tell them to go to that website to apply online beginning April 1st

That's how we get business, they go to our website and apply. It also needs to say really big CCYO SATURDAY STRINGS SUMMER CAMP

We want to use these posters every summer so no dates on it please. Only: April 1st is when we being accepting online applications (every year, so don't put a year) Also put: Camp is held on Saturdays in June and July with final concert, last Sunday in July

I know we can't get all the info below on it, but I put it on so you could better understand what we are doing.

We have a logo already, that we have the rights to - I need something that kids/teens will think is cool looking and music related....we are string instruments only (violin, viola, cello, bass) we also want it to look classy looking, not cheap
I included 2 copies of the logo in different color set

Tuition is $225, which covers June/July Saturday rehearsals and the performance fee for the AISD PAC concert.

No audition is necessary. Enrollment is limited to the first 50 students in each age category, depending on instrumentation needs, so don’t delay – enrollment online begins April 1st. Siblings will receive a $50 discount, after the first child's regular priced tuition.

Saturday Strings I: Students entering grades 6 and below (3:00 – 4:20 P.M. )
Saturday Strings II: Students grades entering 7 and 8 (4:30 – 6:00 P.M.)
Saturday Strings III: Students entering grades 9-12 (6:15 – 7:45 P.M.)

Summer camp attendance policy is more lenient due to summer vacations. Please notify CCYO of summer absences as soon as your vacation/camp dates are known.

Requirements

Must have

• Be able to see title from far, and prominently display how/when to apply and where (website)
  
  Also only the concert is at AHS PAC, we rehearse at Dallas Strings in Allen
  
  I'm working on uploading files for our QR codes for website and phone - It's uploaded below

Nice to have

• If you have room, the Saturday Summer Strings I II and III times/grades, etc. but doesn't have to be seen as prominently as the title and how to apply

Should not have

• pictures of violin/vla/cello/bass students if they look elementary aged, should be more in the teenager age group if you use pictures.
