BigCommerce Design Brief
We need a Big Commerce design for a new commerce website based in Minneapolis call MasterVintner. We sell equipment and supplies that enable anyone to make great wines at home. We support one's success as a wine maker with recipes, ingredients and equipment designed to never let you fail. We provide the know-how you need with step-by-step instructions, blogs and video classes. The final design should reflect the established Master Vintner product style as evidenced in the photos. It should appeal to both men and women "makers" who tend to be well educated and technical (designers, engineers, chemists, etc.) It should integrate commerce seamlessly with the learning community in a single site. It should give you confidence that "you can do this well" and "impress your friends" with the wine you made at home.

Requirements
Must have
- Project must reflect best practices in UX and UI design. It must anticipate responsive design application for multiple viewing devices. It must reflect Big Commerce advantages and constraints.
Nice to have
- It should be personality driven (http://www.midwestsupplies.com/tim-vandergrift/) but personable and approachable. Winemaking tends to be a community of like minded individuals seeking or sharing experience, technique and success. Navigation should be simple and intuitive (http://www.lovebrewing.co.uk). It should be responsive to the questions of "where is it" (site search), "what do you think about" (reviews), "do you know" (questions and answers).
Should not have
- This should not be whimsical or playful. Making good beer or wine requires discipline -- nobody is proud of a bad batch. It should not be disorganized. It should not reflect confusion as to style (too many colors, fonts or other design elements).
