Logo Design Brief

we are a general practice outfit. we need a logo design that reflects the care to the whole family group, male, female, young and old. we purchased a custom logo from vistaprint but have since seen it used by another outfit in same community. we do not want to totally go away from the current logo but will like something that makes it different.For instance, you can wrap around with a stethoscope instead of the hands, we're open to suggestions.
