Brochure Design Brief

I would like to build a tri-fold brochure (9” x 12”)...6 panels. I would
like it to have an old time look...gold rush history theme, and maybe a little ‘Bohemian’. I am including all the text ideas and photos and a basic
layout as I see it...all uploaded to dropbox. There is a note included with thoughts as well as my un-artistic hand drawn layout, all the pictures, maps, logos and past rack cards. I am not interested in a brochure matching my exact layout. I want something more artistic, old, antique look, font to match...something original that doesn't look like clip-art. It's not necessary that all of the pictures are used. Our logo (circular pan with "Chicken Gold Camp")should appear on the front and/or back page. The link to the dropbox files is:

Requirements

Must have

• Old time historical look, personable possibly a bit folksy, a bit artistic. Must not have the same design as I presented (too traditional).

Nice to have

• A little artistic, folksy, rustic antiquity look. A topo map background where it works.

Should not have

• clip art look nor my exact layout. Everything in nice, neat rows. elegant gold foil in fonts or background. Don't like "white".
