Directions to use:
To get the ideal output we recommand to keep the product in the refrigerator before using for 24 hours (at mixing it is recommended for the product to have a maximum temperature of 8C). Professional product can be prepared manually or using any type of mixer or food processor. We recommend a medium mixing speed in the first phase to avoid scattering losses, after which you can mix at high speed until you get the desired consistency. It is recommended not to mix more than necessary. Refrigerate mixed product.

Produsul profesional se poate pregăti manual sau cu ajutorul oricărui tip de mixer sau robot de bucătărie. Se recomandă o viteză de mixare medie în prima fază, pentru a evita pierderile prin imprăştiere, după care se poate mixa la viteza mare pană la obţinerea consistenţei dorite. Se recomandă să nu se mixeze mai mult decât este necesar. Refrigeraţi produsul mixat.
