I need a logo design for a new Executive Search company.
The company is Headquartered out of Denmark, but is international in its reach.
The Company is called: Mangaard and Partners
I have both the website mangaardandpartners.com and mangaardpartners.com, so in the logo if pure text, then I prefer to write Mangaard and Partners. but if you use a graphic approach them perhaps Mangaard/Partners or a variation of this is fine.
Its a "conservative" industry. So think Bank or Lawfirm or similar, but too playful in the logo, but elegant, not boring.

Requirements
Must have
- the name of the company either: "Mangaard and Partners" or "Mangaard Partners"
- if "Mangaard Partners" then some sort of graphic solution ,so people think "and" when they see it.
- it could be because there is a "/" or "&" or "-" or a graphic solution of some sort.
- It should be an elegant design.
Nice to have
- there is no need to have the website in the logo. but version with and without could be good.
- As said, When saying the company name out loud it's "Mangaard and Partners".
- but the Graphic approach and the primary website is mangaardpartners.com
- darker calm and dark bright colors. black, royal blue, dark green, dark red/burgundy or similar but not a must. Gold is an option to have in for printed versions on business cards and letterheads. but then also a version suitable for online display.
Should not have
- not too light and "party" colors.
