Logo Design Brief
We are a small firm of Solicitors in Newcastle, NSW. The firm has been established since 1890 and currently uses a letterhead with a very traditional font and colouring.
We are looking to move to something a little more modern but still hold our traditional sense and values. Currently, our colours are a maroon type font but we are looking at something more along the lines of blues and whites but are quite open to new ideas & styles. At this stage, we do not have a 'logo' or 'emblem' and our letterhead simply has the firm name along with our contact details. Again, whilst we aren't necessarily seeking a logo/emblem other than the company name, we are open to viewing your ideas. Whilst we want to include the word 'Solicitors' in our logo, this should be in a smaller font and perhaps underneath the company name i.e.

Requirements
Must have
- Company name in full - Cunningham & Adam Solicitors. Prefer the Solicitors to be in smaller font underneath the company name.
Nice to have
- It would be nice to consider an image/emblem/logo along with the company name but is not a necessity - would be nice to show the partners something a bit 'different' from what they have had since 1890!
Should not have
- Nothing too overly colourful i.e. pinks / purples - current colours are maroon and white however, some recent shop front designs we have had at our new office are a dark blue and white sign printing which is a direction we are considering.
