Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a Language Training company based in Germany called 'Glatzle Training'. Our target customers are companies and business professionals in Germany who want to improve their English skills for business. The logo design should communicate speed (accelerated learning), ease of learning and business success. So far we have used a very simple more business type logo (see attachment). The color of the current logo is supposed to communicate royal exclusivity. We could, however, also imagine changing the color maybe to green (success) or blue (wisdom,confidence). We look forward to your proposal.
