Logo Design Brief

UPDATE: after receiving a few designs we have discussed what we do and what we dont like and would like to add the following to the brief:

LOGO: should be TEXT based if you decide to include a pictoral logo as briefed below it should be as an embellishment of the TEXT not something that overpowers the text.

COLOURS: despite being in the original brief, we have had a rainbow of colours through, colours should be BLACK, SILVER and embellishments in ORANGE..... DESIGNS USING OTHER COLOURS WILL BE ELIMINATED.

FONT: Preferably a classic serif font or a simple sans serif font, nothing too wacky, but also nothing so simple that I could do it myself in MS Word.

EMBELLISHMENTS TO LOGO: Although we want a text based logo, any embellishments using a pictoral logo that puts across either (strength and reliability) or that puts across (Hospitality - Hotel, Bar, Restaurant) would be considered



We need a corporate logo for NPS Hospitality, which has been developed by a team of experienced industry professionals with over 75 years experience in managing hotels, bars & restaurants with the aim of providing tailor made, business advice & turn-around solutions for the hospitality market in response to current and future challenging market conditions.

Requirements

Must have

• Black & Silver colours, any embellishments in orange.
  
  A text based logo, but if you feel you want to add some sort of logo form then it needs to portray trust and strength, ie. a lion

Should not have

• Not cartoon'ish .. must be clean, crisp, professional
