Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my own Personal & Group Fitness Training Business. I will offer mobile training in parks, gyms or in my home studio. I am based in Brisbane Australia.
I am a 41 y.o mum of 3 kids under 10, I come from a ethnic background where food choices weren't that great so have spent the last 20 years getting my self sorted and being a healthy and fit role model for my kids. I was a Police Officer for 15 years and I am very firm but fair. I have a food coach/nutritionist certification as well. My aim is to service all groups including older adults, kids, pregnant ladies, post pregnancy, athletes and males. I love early morning training myself and love the sunrise and the beach and functional training. I love being motivated and like to see the good in all people. I will be using my shortened first name "Tish" in my business name and love red and green but am open to all colours. My background is Fijian and I love to surf longboards, have played competitive Netball, Womens Rugby Union, Basketball and Touch Football. The final design should communicate that my business is for all ages and sizes. I have attached a pic of me with my kids who are now 3, 6 and 9. My kids play Rugby Union, do Swimming Squad and attend Functional Movement Fitness classes so I am very focused on perceptual motor skills for kids but also keeping them moving and nourishing and fuelling their bodies with the right foods.
