Logo Design Brief

We are a HR company in Cairo called Xplore. Current scope of the business is HR consulting (job evaluation / training / interviews / staff recruitment and development). We are starting up a daughter company now called Xplore Manpower which will be covering the lower level of the organisation for recruitment needs - call centre staff / direct distribution representatives and the like. We recruit / screen / negotiate contracts and supply these employees to medium to large companies based in Egypt and or the Middle East.
We need a logo which can cover both the HR consulting side and the Manpower recruitment needs.
