Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Salt Lake City called "Calixi". We develop innovate business and accounting software solutions. Our initial product is "Deferred Revenue Plus", which will help companies and accountants calculate and manage deferred revenue. The final design should communicate innovation and clarity. The design should be color flexible (i.e. can be changed if we want to change the color). The logo should be able to be used with or without the company name and product name.
