Logo Design Brief

Vie Vintage is an online directory of hotels, restaurants, cafes and bars that all have a "vintage design" look as well as shops that sell vintage furniture and decor. The tagline for Vie Vintage is "Where Vintage Lives". The target market is people who want to give their own home character with vintage furniture and who enjoy traveling and going out to places that are cool, trendy, unique and are decorated with vintage furniture.

I would like to incorporate in the logo the 1950's TV antenna in the shape of a V. The idea is to play with the V in the words Vie and Vintage (although not necessarily both). There is also the idea of an antenna which captures signals from other sites (the ones that will be referenced in the directory). (see file attached)

I will need the logo in the following dimensions for the website:
Main, Single item page, Footer Logo – 218×40
Mobile Logo – 165×40
Retina Rogo – Main logo size x 2 (436×80)
Favicon (32 x 32)

However, I would like to have the logo in a format I can adapt afterwards, for example for Facebook, business cards, etc.

I would like to have basic versions in all blank and all white that are transparent and can be used on the website. I would also like versions in colour. Is it possible for me to change the colour afterwards from the original file using an app such as Pixlr?

There are 3 elements to the logo but I would like to be able to use them separately as well; the 1950's TV antenna icon, the name (Vie Vintage) and the Tagline (Where Vintage Lives). So to have a version with all three together, one with the TV icon and name but no tagline, one with just the name etc.
