I hear your comments on budget. So - tell me how many spaces you can do for the budget. My priority in order is Great Room, Kitchen, Master Bath - in that order.
Here is a link to an example: [Non image link removed]

Sir, Please extend the deadline, I want to submit the great room, kitchen and master bath.
Where i can find the photo of the kitchen?

uploaded two photos of SIMILAR kitchen. this is NOT the same layout as plans, but can use general color scheme and composition. do NOT us chimney style range hood in rendering

Hi. it's great that you've extended the deadline but whats keeping designers away is that you have not guaranteed the project. A lot of us would have worked on similar projects only for the project owner to claim a refund or not select a winner. Ive been watching this project since posted and didn't expect many if any submissions based on that. Not many will put in the work your after if it might be a waste of time. Suggestion that you ask designers to submit part of a room that can show you what they are capable of then guarantee project for designs to be finalised? just thought this approach might help everyone. Thanks

1 room incl. furniture according to your imaginations would be about 5 to 10 hours of work for a very prof at high quality architecture visualization. Someone with less experience would spend 15 to 25 hours for just 1 room.
