Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo, the current logo was sort of a default. We need something fun, identifiable and evolutionary. We build new, single family homes in the Phoenix Metro area. We want to differentiate from the large publicly owned builders and communicate our tagline of : Local-Experienced-Quality. We are not opposed to new colors, as long as they are attention getting.
