Illustration Design Brief

We're looking to recreate the image attached. It is for an invitation for a "Magic City" themed Gala Dinner - so 1950's Hollywood glamour.
We'd like something very similar to the featured image, only subtle changes are required - whether it be re-illustrated, painted, drawn or developed digitally in Illustrator or Photoshop.
