CD Cover Design Brief

We need a CD cover which projects the genre of music we produce as has a tenuous link in some way to the album title "Isotopes and Endoscopes"
We are inspired by the music of Steven Wilson and Porcupine Tree and the artwork/design of Lasse Hoile. A dark theme and imagery would best suit the brief
but we don't want anything too typical. Something bizarre or unexpected, unnatural or surreal, would be good.
