Logo Design Brief

UPSIDE is an Executive Search (headhunter) and Consultancy firm located in Minas Gerais - Brazil. We're 20 years old and need an image refurbish focused on international market. Our benchmark are Egon Zehnder and Korn Ferry.
We've already done a branding and that's our slogan: "Lets grow UP!".
We are a holding called UPSIDE GROUP and has four business units called: UPSIDE Executive Search; UPSIDE Talents; UPSIDE Specialists and UPSIDE Advisory. We intend that all business will be derived from UPSIDE GROUP. It isn't necessary create a symbol but it'll be appreciate.
The color suggested is Cyan Blue. Feel free to suggest others.
The final design must build trust, movement, renewal and be modern and sophisticated. Please find attached our current logo.
