Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a mobile app we will be implementing. It can be a graphic or picture of the Nevada State Capitol Dome. It needs the words “Carson City Connect” . The app will allow citizens to report a problem with a smartphone, using the a photo taken on the spot, with the geolocation information automatically embedded. For examples of other cities, go to the Apple Apps store, and search on "Government Outreach." Logos used by other jurisdications will appear.
I’m going to use the new logo for the size/shape requirements below. I can resize and crop a logo that is sent to me, in order to meet all the size/shape listed below. Note that some have “no transparency” and “no shine” requirements, and a white background won’t work. So, basically, I need a logo that will work for a smartphone icon, but also for bigger images, such as website buttons.

1. iPhone home page icon. 57 x 57 PNG file. Up to 24-bit color, no transparency. No shine.
2. iPhone home page hi-res icon. 120 x 120 PNG file. Up to 24-bit color, no transparency. No shine
3. iPhone App Store icon. 1024 x 1024 JPEG file. Up to 24-bit color, no transparency.
4. Android Icon for submission to Android Market. 512 x 512 PNG file. Up to 24-bit color.
5. Android Icon for low-density screens. 36 x 36 PNG file. Up to 24-bit color.
6. Android Icon for medium-density screens. 48 x 48 PNG file. Up to 24-bit color.
7. Android Icon for high-density screens. 72 x 72 PNG file. Up to 24-bit color.
8. Feature Graphic for Android Market. 1024 x 500, 24 bit PNG or JPEG, no transparency.
Use a safe frame of 924x400 (50 pixel of safe padding on each side).
9. Promotional Graphic for Android Market. 180 x 120 PNG file. Up to 24-bit color, no transparency.
10. Facebook App small icon. 16 x 16 PNG file. Up to 24-bit color. Background cannot be white (make transparent instead).
11. Facebook App large icon. 75 x 75 PNG file. Up to 24-bit color. Background cannot be white (make transparent instead).

Nice to have

• Colors? Probably blue and trim colors, such as white or light gray. Also like blue, white, and red combos. And something a bit different that's got a nice mix is the uploaded Santa Monica screen and logo. Those colors pop. Note the screen image that has the red arrow, pointing to Santa Monica: I'll have to reduce your larger submission down to that size, so the text may need to be pretty large to be readable after it is reduced.
