We need a logo design for a new Retirement Village Development Company called 'Grosvenor' which conveys substance, a sense of prudence, a corporate to be trusted yet caring.

We are looking for a stylized, readable, sophisticated, solid name of 'Grosvenor' with a stylized logo which incorporates or reflects the name, either to the left of the name or above it.

The target audience is Investors who are predominantly over 45 years of age so we need a style which is Corporate yet Vibrant and Conservative.
