Logo Design Brief

We are are rock band called Barnyard Pimp and we are looking for a logo. A "barnyard pimp" is a rooster, so some of the ideas we have include a rooster with a pimp hat (or other pimp paraphernalia such as a chalice or chains - not necessary, but the pimp aspect is important). The chicken could be singing into a microphone or playing guitar - but thats not necessary either. Use your imagination. We are looking for simplicity and impact, not a ton of colors because thats hard for t-shirt design. We are also known as BYP. The band is located in Charlottesville Virginia. We play fast paced rock/punk/alternative music. The logo can be uppercase or lower case but we definitely want a rooster or a symbol of a rooster on the logo.

We uploaded a picture - and if that can be made to be fantastic - great - but we are not married to the concept and would like to see some original thinking that will blow our fans away!
