Logo Design Brief

I am starting a new appraisal company and need a good logo. I do commercial and right-of-way appraisals, not residential. Commercial appraisals are mainly for banks that will be loaning money to a business for start-up, refinance, acquisition, etc. Some property types would include strip centers, hotels, office buildings, gas stations, restaurant, etc. Right of way appraisals are geared more towards roadway projects (city or state is widening a road), water lines, gas pipelines, sewer lines. I'm open to all colors, but want a logo that is simple and strong, not all flashy.

Target Market(s)

My target market is anyone that wants to have an appraisal performed on commercial or right-of-way property. These typically will be banks or lending institutions, or engineering and right-of-way or acquisition firms.
