Card Design Brief
This logo is for a new Catholic paper greeting card company. The logo will appear not only on the back of each greeting card but will also be used on the website & business stationary. The cards are actually Mass cards that parishioners order from the Catholic Church for a Mass to be said for a friend/relative mostly in the case of grave sickness/death but not always. Some Catholic churches offer additional Mass cards for other occasions, such as, Mother's/Father's day, special Wedding Anniversaries (25, 50th) Baptisms, Confirmation ect..Our company is an on-line solution for churches that would like to offer their Mass cards to their parishioners on the internet instead of having the Mass cards just available at the church office (which they currently are now). Also, we have a slogan that we would like incorporated into the logo design -Give The Most Sacred Gift - (this can just be printed underneath the logo design) and we are also looking to have the website address - HolyMassCards.com incorporated into the logo either as all/part of the actual logo or printed above the logo design; would probably prefer the name incorporated into the logo in a creative way if possible. Would like to use the colors white & purple other colors are fine but purple & different shades of purple should be dominate.

I would like to make a suggestion for a logo design that may/may not work..... but ..if anyone feels up to the challenge I would like to see their thoughts: Below are two images I think I pefere the first over the second but the second may be eaiser to work with and may keep the logo more simple. Any ideas on how to incorporate either image into the logo design with the company name without it looking to busy would be appreciated. Thanks!
Google 'Chi Rho' under google images 879377\chi rho.jpg
Meaning; the use of a wreath around the Chi Rho symbolizes the victory of the resurrection over death.
Also there is the 'Rho Cross' if you search under google images chi-rho02.png
Meaning: Rho is an abreviation of the Greek word for rose. So a rho cross derives is meaning from the risen Christ.

We have two target customers.
First is the USA Catholic Churches. We want to sell the church on our service.
Second is the parishioners of the USA Catholic Church,they will be using our service to order their Mass cards.The older parishioners(60+)typically order more Mass cards.
