Logo Design Brief
We need a logo for a home builder based in Austin, TX. Homes built will be from entry level to high end. In a market with numerous home building companies, the potential logo should be unique, yet strong and project a professional image. This will be used on business cards, brochures, signs and online. It should be easy to see on yard signs as a potential customers are driving past. Milagro is a Spanish word whose english translation is miracle.

Must have
- Professional, clean, eye catching logo that represents a professional residential construction company. Logo will be used in yard signs so colors much catch the eye in cases where a few seconds is all that someone driving by will see.
Nice to have
- Colors used should be those distinctive to the eye such as reds and blues or earth tones with mediterranean colors. Logo can have a depiction of a house interact with words, however not necessary.
Should not have
- Colors that are hard to distinguish such as yellows or purple. Logo must not be cartoonish, must reflect a professional home builder something that a potential buyer looking for someone to build on an empty lot they're purchased will take serious.
