So, you want a close-up of the boy's face against a red medieval city, possibly with the ocean in the background?

How young should the boy be? Are we talking little kid or teenager?

Also, could you clarify what "YA fantasy. Caspa" in the description mean?

Boy is thirteen-ish. Fantasy in that he's the only human and is looked after by programmed "shadows" and will have to fight against non-humans. I'm also thinking like a monk's brown robe without the hood. Basically though I want to fall in love with the boy who is called Caspa.

Any preference on the look of the city? Should it just be a regular medieval city, or maybe in ruins like it's haunted or the from sight of a massacre, or make the buildings be all evil looking like the buildings in Mordor in "Lord of the Rings"?
