PowerPoint Design Brief

We will be presenting to investors in Silicon Valley next week. We have a slide deck, but it needs to look professional (plus we need a few graphics done).

We have the words and concepts we need. We have sketches of the graphics we need. We just need it to look good.

We are an online backup / business continuity start-up. The presentation is aimed at professional investors, it needs to smart and crisp.

Requirements

Must have

• The design should be compatible with the look and feel of our website and flyer:

  It must contain the graphics we ask for. We are happy to pay for stock images, etc.
  
  * Please add the piechart we have drawn below on slide 2 and make it look good.
  
  * We need the animation on slide 4 to look better, but please keep each of the steps.
  
  * Please add the graph we have drawn below on slide 7 and make it look impressive.
  
  * The picture on page 8 needs to look better. Please animate as discussed in the notes.
  
  It must contain the words / slides in the existing presentation. We are looking of a cohesive presentation.
  
  The order of the animation on page 4 must be preserved, but please make it look nicer.
  
  Please feel free to post early designs so we can get a feel for them.
  
  We must be able to alter the text on the slides, add new slides, etc.
