Logo Design Brief
I want to look at various different styles of logo for my artisan coffee shop that will be opening in shortly. In addition we serve juices, ice creams and bAked goods. Emphasis on quality. The shop is quirky and we have used old oak doors as cladding internally. I want the logo to be bold and make a statement. Using different fonts colours materials etc...? I want it to feel very now as well as not alienating a more traditional customers as we our a neighborhood coffee shop and not a cool inner city area, however quite a cool suburb. we thinking a vintage type of pale green back ground and maybe wooden type logo as one of the designs but we are open to lots of different styles. I do like the "stumptown Coffee" brand in the USA but you can play with different type faces and colours.
Ive included a couple of designs we have messed about with but im not sure yet about these but it give s you a flavour of what we are looking at.
and ive inc pics of the inside which has yet to be finished but again it give s you a flavour of the style of venue
As an idea: Nook name is being used in part because 200 yrs ago the site where the building is now was a rural field in called "owlers nook". Maybe a subtle reference to an owl in the logo my work?
