Greeting Card Design Brief
Hi
Thanks so much for considering this project.
My business is called Same Love Same Words - it is an online greeting cards business for the gay and lesbian community. We make beautiful greeting cards that are high quality with a modern edge and a fun flair.
I need a set of greeting cards that fit the same theme - a range for the gay and lesbian community and their friends and families who would purchase cards for them. In this project, I need cards for multiple occasions but to start with, I would like to see designs for the following (four cards in total):
- Commitment ceremony/wedding (but not the word "marriage") (a) for two men
(b) for two women
- Birth of baby
(a) for two dads
(b) for two mums
The cards must have common elements so it clearly looks like a range. The words will be added at a later date to please just fill in the text space with example text e.g. "On your engagement"
The logo will be centred on the back of the card and gives an idea of the general look and feel of the brand.
This range has scope to be much larger so designers who are interested and who produce illustrations which fit the brand will be invited to further projects!
I will give feedback as often as I can on your designs so please submit one and if I'd like to see more of your ideas for the range I will send feedback.
