Two questions, please:
- Would you accept a clean HTML/CSS design instead of PSD?
- The logo. Is it to be changed or not? Usually, the logo is step #1 and webdesign step #2.

I don't think the logo is going to change. I've been told it's off the menu, but hey, miracles happen

HTML/CSS is fine, just submit a PNG so we can see it easily

Assume no logo change.
