Logo Design Brief

We're looking for a logo design for an ice cream and coffee shop that will be called "The Scoop." It will be located in close proximity to a swimming pool at a country club. The shop will sell ice cream, coffee, newspapers, and other treats. Because it offers multiple things, we'd prefer that it not JUST focus on ice cream. But if you have a great design that stems from its ice cream heritage, that could possibly work. Thanks for your ideas!
