Flyer Design Brief

I am a real estate agent in Perth, Western Australia and am after a marketing flyer to distribute to residents in my area.

The brief is simple - create something that will help my brand stand out from the crowd. Something that would capture your attention long enough to actually read and acknowledge it if you got it in your letterbox.

I would like to see designs that are bit outside the square. Feel free to play around with catchy headings, or witty puns. Equally, I'm just as happy to receive simple, straight-to-the-point designs if the images, colours and messaging are bold and eye catching enough.

I'd like the flyers to be circular, with a diameter of around 13cms and printed on both sides.

The following info must be included somewhere on the flyer:
- My logo
- My contact details, with my mobile phone number being the most prominent.
- Some sort of call to action encouraging people to call me for an obligation free market appraisal, or general real estate advice.
