Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo for our carpentry business. We have a picture of a logo we quite like, so something like that would be great. We would like the green used in the picture to be more like the turquoise in the second picture provided.
We are looking at having the logo used on business cards and paperwork etc and are happy with the navy and turquoise for that. We also would like to use the logo to have embroided onto a navy work shirt - which would mean we would need a second logo with perhaps white instead of navy so it could still be read or a background on it so the writing can still be seen.

Requirements

Must have

• A similar layout to the photo attached. Happy to consider other designs but after researching online this is a design that really appealed to us.
• Changing the green in the attached picture to the similar turquoise colour of the boat in the second attached picture.
• We don't want the shadow/watermark that is in the attached photo

Nice to have

• We want to use the logo for business cards, Facebook promotion, invoices/letterhead and also be able to embroider it onto navy blue work shirts (this may mean we need two logos? One for paperwork and one with white writing for the embroidery?
